2019 Peugeot Boxer No vat

Relisting my van for sale as a few vans I'm interested in buying have come on the market, if they get sold I'll withdraw mine again,there is now 173500kms on it, I have lowered the price to reflect the fact it now 5 months older and the milage has gone up, I'm pretty firm on the price so please no day dreamers, the original add is below so please read it for details. I bought this van in February 2022 it had 108000kms on it at the time, The van has been very well maintained and serviced every 10000 Kms at the same AA approved garage,I had the belt and water pump done when I purchased it, It is taxed until the end of March Cvrt test done yesterday (13/2 ) so has a full 12 month test on it It has 4 brand new Hancock tyres fitted and was just serviced today and the spare key is also here, there are very few marks on the body the worst being at the front of the drivers side rear wheel arch. It has Steering wheel controls electric heated wing mirrors and rear parking sensors, The tow bar was on it when I purchased it but as I don't own a trailer I've never used it, I am a decorator by trade so don't carry excessive weight in it. The rear shelving will be removed prior to sale Any test , inspection or questions are welcome . . I'm in absolutely no rush to sell so please don't make silly low ball offers as I'll just ignore them
