I bought a BMW from Ryan Neary Motors, I had fantastic experience dealing with the staff. The process was so smooth as they did not pressure me into buying the car, and that is one thing that I liked most. I took my time viewing 2 cars about 1 Hour and a half, the staff was not frustrated or annoyed and they were not all over me with questions. The staff was very professional and easy to deal with. They answered all my questions patiently and kindly as they showed me some staff about some of the technology that the car has including the terms and conditions. However, shortly after taking ownership, I encountered issues with the vehicle; specifically, the battery light illuminated and the multimedia center became unresponsive. Upon reaching out to Ryan for assistance, he promptly referred me to Keith, the warranty coordinator. Unfortunately, Keith informed me that an inspection could not be scheduled for two weeks. In response to this inconvenience, the dealership took back my car and provided me with a suitable replacement vehicle during this interim period. True to their commitment, I received my Mercedes back in excellent condition after it underwent necessary repairs including a new battery and software update. Additionally, I appreciated the timely delivery of the logbook within a week of purchase and found that my inquiries were consistently addressed via phone or WhatsApp communication. Despite initial reservations influenced by mixed reviews about the dealership's service efficiency, I found their staff to be remarkably helpful amidst their busy schedule. This experience has left me feeling confident in my decision to engage with R. Neary dealership again in the future. My willingness to proceed despite apprehensions proved rewarding; I have no regrets regarding my choice. 😊

I really compared the "Meer kat" before finally buying in R Neary Motors! Derek was fantastic to deal with, he really knew what he was talking about! Some other dealerships did not, to say the least! R Neary Motors have a fantastic selection of vehicles to choose from & they have everything covered for after sales customer service, with Warrenties & mechanics on site for folk to come back and book in their car for future repairs if needed! I would highly recommend buying from here. Nobody wants to drop a substantial amount of money on a car and regret it if things start to go wrong. I didn't feel I was doing that dealing with Derek. They are a reliable, trustworthy decent dealership! Thanks a million to them!
