Ordered a lathe from them. Very happy with the price and especially the free shipping on such a large object. Arrived 3 days later (ordered on a Saturday). Worked flawlessly from the box and really well packed Unfortunately the tool rest broke the next day probably due to a manufacturing defect so I sent them an email. Got a reply 15mins later that they were sending out a new one, no questions asked. Arrived less than 24hrs later. I cannot be more impressed with their customer service. Will definitely be ordering from them again. Can not recommend them enough

Ordered machinery yesterday and arrived within 20 hours. Customer Service on phone is very helpful and friendly. Website was easy to use and very straightforward. Altogether a very pleasant experience with MTS Direct, highly recommend.
