Bought an X5 45e off Andrew and Ian a few months back. Living in the south it had to be VRTed and everything worked out exactly as Andrew described with no issues. Had a slight issue with the car 6 weeks or so after purchasing. I rang Andrew and had the car in the garage that evening. He gave me a courtesy car to bring home.
