Couldn’t be happier having got a deal done in Ashford Motors for my BMW 840d yesterday. The guys sorted the handover for me late in the evening as I couldn’t make it early on.. Nadia, Owen, Ryan and Matty were brilliant from start to finish, such a great bunch of people who simply love cars. Ryan had the car serviced and fuelled up for me in a matter of hours and had it ready to rock by evening which was fantastic, no waiting around for days and losing sleep with excitement because of the wait. I found the whole experience so refreshing as there wasn’t a bit of pressure at any stage of the process, which wouldn’t be the norm when buying this type of car… to put it simply: you do what you need to do, when it suits you and the team will look after you the best they can. This business is filled with such down to earth people and a really warm, welcoming vibe in the showroom as well.
