Worst costumer service ever!!! I called them stayed minute oj the phone to get an offer from them, they said ok, we'll email it, after 2 dans nothinf. I call back, told them I'm waiting for 2 days and she hung up on me. Called back again and never aswer!!!!!

I review businesses regularly, the good and the bad experiences. I am always fair in a review.
To say that the experience I have had on numerous occasions with TruckCar Patrickswell has been abysmal. The failings are systemic across all the departments and I will never stand in the premises again.
I initially bought a 317 Sprinter from Neil in 2022. Had a great experience and he couldn't do enough for his customer. He has since left the business. I don't blame him. Since that first experience it has been a disaster and in particular the service department.

> On pickup of the van initially it had the wrong tow bar socket on it. 13 pin specified at the point of purchase. I was told it would be changed at first service. At the first service interval, I reminded the service manager about it. On giving back the van after service, he told me they had no plugs and could I get it done somewhere else.
> I was at the premises at 8.30 for the service and got the van back at 2pm ! It turns out the van had been finished at 12.30 and that nobody could be bothered to let me know it was ready to go while I sat in the waiting room.
> There was a cover broken on the inner back door. I asked that it be ordered for me. Three weeks later it arrived, I called to collect it and it was for the wrong door. They told me they would call when the right part came in. No call..  side note .. I regularly call this business 3 and 4 times to get through. Nobody would bother picking up a phone. It's a regular occurrence while trying to book a service or get a part. On getting through to them, I was told the part was there ready to be collected.
I called again later that week before I left and the stand-in guy in parts told me he couldn't find it. I received about 4 calls that day in relation to when I ordered it, whom I ordered it from, who called me to say it was ready.... 5pm that evening another call, yes your part is here for collection.
> I called to the sales department to get a quotation for a 4x4 Sprinter and a Citan Van which we are considering buying. Sales guy took all the details.. I will call you back .. not a dickey bird. We since bought a Crafter 4Motion and Caddy.
> Today I called for the second service... Service manager outdone himself again. I told him that the tracking needed to be looked at. The two tyres which were on the front were badly worn on the outside. Again, I was there at 8.30 am. This time I was wiser, I walked the yard a few times to see if the van materialised.. Sure enough in record time 3,5 hrs later (Oil & filter change) the van appears. I did a walk-by reception to collect my stuff in the waiting room and there is the service manager and the lads having the crack. I stood for in excess of 10 minutes while they looked at me out of the office. I asked was my van ready and was told that he had gotten distracted and that Yes indeed my van was ready...
I asked how the service went and the tracking issue. Was told that everything was checked and it was ok. Why is it wearing tyres on the outside so. Well we couldn't check it as the tracking machine was broken and could I get it done somewhere else? Sound familiar?
Now to the owner of Truckcar.. you need to do something about your personnel. I have never experienced such blaise , couldn't give a damn attitude in a business. I can understand a slip in standards in any business but whats going on in TruckCar is atrocious.
To Mercedes as a company, you should take that dealership from them. They don't deserve it. For a premium brand to be represented by such an abysmal company, it looks very bad. I will be contacting Mercedes commercial sector about this in due course.
