They Recovered my van from side of motorway. Dropped it to my garage and got me home. Great service, highly recommend them, cleanest recovery vehicle I've ever been in 🙂 thanks for the help.

Going to James now since 2003, great garage, know their stuff, master mechanic and can fix anything. Helped me today in an emergency and fixed a faulty actuator in the dreaded ID 3.Charging flap. No bother, no fuss job done. Thanks James and the lads.

I need change my feedback about this place and give only 3 stars. After 4 years, since a purchased a car from them I have some reflections and is not good.
I bought a new car from them with free 3 years service but each time they change me 🫤
The care dealers are very good, but the mechanic service not really. You need to be careful with the mechanics bill, read carefully what was work done and for what exactly you are paying.

Please stay away from this crowd,  sold us a used car that has given nothing but trouble not even had it a year and already cost us. They also said they'd put new tyres on before collecting, but since discovered they aren't new at all and the date on them is 2014!! They wanted nothing to do with the trouble we've had and said not our problem! Seriously..... if I could give zero stars I certainly would. Just had NCT and there is a dangerous defect, that had obviously been like it before we got the car, and have been using it and with kids in the car!! The defect is very badly worn so would not of happened in the space of a year. We all could of been very seriously hurt or worse!! Please again stay away from this despicable crowd and if you are tempted to go here, bring a mechanic with you or at least someone who knows about cars to fully check it over before you purchase!!!! Was also told they had serviced the car before we'd collected...
Mmmm don't think so and two wheels had a nut missing on each! 😡🤬

Avoid! Horrible to deal with, and not upfront about how they charge prices, extortionate prices. Drives on the phone and speeds while giving out about other customers. Deserves zero stars
