Overall good experience. They care about their customers, this showed with an after call which we have never received anywhere else. Staff in the service area are so pleasant. During the storm our window wouldn't go up so put we went and one of the lovely members of staff  jimmied it up to do us till power was restored. Legend.

Poor service in general waiting area not up to scratch. No WiFi vending machine not working. No reminders sent re service and cost of parts, even for a main dealer was very expensive. Overall just disappointed.
