I must say very efficient, competent and took my key and told me my car would be ready in two hours.  When I returned my car was being washed and I was offered coffee. I recently had my car serviced here and was very impressed with the overall experience. The service department staff were exceptionally kind, professional, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. They kept me informed throughout the process, explained all the work carried out clearly and comprehensively, and delivered everything they promised.

The quality of the service itself was excellent, and I left feeling confident that my car had been well looked after.

My only disappointment was the introduction of a charge for a replacement vehicle, as this used to be provided as a complimentary courtesy car. While I understand that policies can change, it was a noticeable difference from previous visits.

Overall, the excellent customer service and professionalism of the team made for a very positive experience, and I would happily recommend the dealership for its high standard of service.
