The whole sale was smooth and stress-free. Vlad is a genuinely lovely guy, very funny, and really easy to deal with. He makes you feel comfortable and confident throughout the process, which makes a huge difference when buying a car. The car itself is honestly lovely - very clean, well looked after, and was fully valeted. On top of that, I got a one-year warranty and AA membership with breakdown assistance for a year, completely free, which is excellent value and gave me great peace of mind.
