They very kindly took my car in at short notice to hold it until they could do job as I already had a tow truck booked. I was expecting it to be over a week but it only to 2 days and was very reasonable. As a nervous car Mom I am very happy with the service 😃

I had my first service yesterday with Fort Motors. I purchased the car from them 12 months ago, and the car is running very well, with no issues. Unfortunately I had terrible experience at Fort. I've enquired about new Fiat Ducato which was advertised on donedeal with intension to close the deal ASAP. Salesman took my details, asked for pictures of my trade in etc and never get back to me. Rang him few times only to hear that they are working on it... After week of waiting I've finally gave up and went somewhere else. All sorted now and from next week I'll be enjoying driving my new van. Shame on you Fort Motors.
