While on vacation our old classic truck broke down and needed a spare part. Galway truck not only checked whether they could get it but even called around for us (incl. Mercedes Ireland) to see whether the part would be available somewhere in Ireland / the UK. Saved us a lot of time driving around. Super helpful and nice. Thanks once again for the great service.

We have just spent 4 weeks touring the West Coast of Ireland.
Probably, the highlight of the trip was the people - so engaging, welcoming, friendly and relaxed.

When we were in Galway and we had a major incident with our truck that needed proper Iveco support. So, I called you as the nominated local Iveco dealer. Your response could not have been less friendly. Put simply, the, not so nice Basil, absolutely refused to even look our vehicle, even less repair it! When I pleaded for some help (the van was on the low loader recovery vehicle), Basil’s response was “they are only interested in helping their customers”. Hmm. Isn’t a main dealer there to help?
What an amazing response from an Iveco dealer? But looking at their reviews, it became very obvious that this response is typical of Galway Truck.

I cannot recommend these guys enough. A true customer centric focus unlike Galway Truck!

We found ourselves unwelcome by the person-in-charge at this garage.  Extremely rude attitude towards us, French tourists touring the country in our motorhome, having broken-down following a simple electronic failure to be solved.  He confirmed having no intention, nor time, to even look at the problem. Too busy with his local customers!

Therefore, foreign tourists, give this garage a very wide berth if travelling in this area.
