Adams of Tralee arranged an appointment for me relating to a voluntary recall for my Hyundai vehicle. My contact with them both over the phone and in person was professional and courteous. I mentioned a minor matter at the time of my visit and asked if they could take a look at this during the recall visit and they were very accomodating. I am extremely happy with the customer service I received and I will be booking my next major service with them.

I had a fantastic experience with Adams Tralee. Their service desk is excellent – everything was clearly explained with great communication from start to finish. While my car was being serviced, I was even given a replacement car, which made things so convenient. My own car was ready within just 3 hours, which was much quicker than I expected. The staff were absolutely lovely, very approachable, and took the time to explain everything in detail. The after-service was just as impressive, showing real care for their customers. I’d highly recommend Adams Tralee for their professionalism and top-class customer service.

Great Hyundai main dealer. Have looked after us very well(i5 EV) even though car bought elsewhere originally. Pleasant & helpful people to talk to with reasonable rates. Last time we were booked in we were late & in a rush, left a very dirty car. No problem the car was still taken care of & was surprised to pick up a very clean car...awesome! Do leave your service book on the passenger seat if you want a dealer stamp, for privacy reasons...can't argue with that. Also do plan your service 4 weeks in advance, this is pretty typical for all makes/dealers as far as I know. Great work Adams, thanks
