Adams provides a very good service. Booking the service was easy. I received prompt reminders which I appreciate. My car was taken in and my wait time was about 2 hours. While my car was being serviced, I was even given a replacement car, which made things so convenient. My own car was ready within just 3 hours, which was much quicker than I expected. The staff were absolutely lovely, very approachable, and took the time to explain everything in detail. The after-service was just as impressive, showing real care for their customers. Adams of Tralee arranged an appointment for me relating to a voluntary recall for my Hyundai vehicle. My contact with them both over the phone and in person was professional and courteous. I mentioned a minor matter at the time of my visit and asked if they could take a look at this during the recall visit and they were very accomodating.
