I am a returning customer of Slaney Motors, and that in itself says a lot. The first car we purchased from Michael has been fantastic, so when I was in the market for a new car, Slaney Motors was my first choice. When I spotted a car I was interested in, I contacted Michael for more information. He promptly sent me a comprehensive set of photos and was kind enough to hold the car for me until I could come and view it. When I saw it in person, I was delighted with it and decided to go ahead with the purchase. Before collection, Michael ensured the car had a fresh NCT and also arranged for the timing belt to be replaced, giving me additional peace of mind. Everything was going perfectly until an electrical gremlin decided to make an appearance. After carrying out some basic troubleshooting myself, I realised I needed expert help. To make things even easier, he provided me with a loaner car for the entire duration of the repair. This level of customer care made what was a very stressful situation much easier to manage. The electrical issue has now been resolved, and I cannot speak highly enough of the professionalism, communication, and commitment shown by Michael. His after-sales support has been exceptional, and it's clear he genuinely stands behind the cars he sells. We bought 2 cars just recently from this garage, found Michael to be very easy going and helpfull he left cars ready for us for when we got there. There was few issues with the cars through no fault of his. He was quick from the get go in sorting us out, he even went as far as to deliver one of them to us himself.
