Ford Focus FOCUS VAN TITANIUM 1.5 AUTO

I booked my first service online, and they called me back to confirm the date and time. I went in and it was all done in less than 2 hours while I waited. All good, I'm happy.

The whole process was so easy and straightforward. Amazing service and support. The team were so helpful especially Jessica and Dave. Would definitely recommend.

These guys are the best service guys I have ever had! I was stranded with my Transit based Motorhome and the Ford Breakdown Team were useless. Fintan and his team took great care of me. They managed to fit me in, even though they were fully booked up for the next 4 weeks. Then Ford would only let them replace 2 out of the 4 fuel injectors. Fintan told me they would likely go, but they were not allowed to replace them unless they were actually gone, for which he apologized. And, sure enough the other 2 failed within a couple of miles. The Ford Breakdown Team were again more useless, but I was able to limp back to the workshop. Against all odds they made it work to fit me in a second time and replaced the other 2 fuel injectors and had me on my way. I wanted to give them a crate of Guiness to say thanks, but they wouldn't hear of it. They were just genuinely happy to get me on my way. If I lived in Dublin I would use these guys every single time without any hesitation; they love what they do, they do a 1st class job, and you can trust them 100% THANK YOU FINTAN AND EVERYONE AT SPIRIT FORD WEST DUBLIN!!!
