payed a deposit on a e350 only 3 weeks ago and it had a engine management light on,was promised the car 3 times in 2 weeks,I never gave out at any stage till I was told I'd have on a certain day,then it wasn't ready nobody seemed to know what anyone was doing and they couldn't get light off,I said to shane the man I was dealing I will have to move to another car somewhere else and he agreed with me I should get my deposit back,he told me I will talk to the boss and he can't see a problem,I never got my deposit back or a phone call,I nice selection of cars and busy spot too but very dissapointed at the way I was treated.

Terrible experience!! I have contacted them to test drive a car and booked a time slot. I drove all the way from Newry to Armagh just to see the car. I was there exactly at 5.30pm (agreed time) and asked about the car I wanted to see/test drive. The guy with whom I booked the appointment looking everywhere for the car which wasn’t there. Later on I was told it was given to a customer as a curtsy car without notifying him. They are terrible to follow up as well, they never call you to update.Will never go to them again!!!
