Breaks failed on me driving long distance journey, broke down outside this garage and they couldn’t have been better.

Suzuki vitara 2016  diesel has major issue with timing belt and turbo loud rattling and humming noises they told us the car was perfect we drove from west cork to longford to find out it was fit for scrap .

The shop that they own had one horrible young lad working there. I pulled in the other night. This lad with blonde curly hair probably in his late teens or early 20s was stood beside a pump smoking a cigarette. I said hello and he didn't acknowledge me, so I passed him by, went into the shop and took a can of coke. The same lad walked behind the counter. As I walked up to pay I again said How's things, and before I even got to finish off what I was saying he just butted in "1 euro". I handed him the money, still smoking he blew his exhaled smoke in the direction, threw the money in the till, then dropped the change on the counter in front of me, as if I was some sort of inconvenience to him.

I work in a major business that a large volume of our staff pass by, and I will now make it my business to tell everyone I know not to go into this shop or garage again. There is no need to behave like that, and he should not be smoking near the pumps or in the shop itself. I will also be reporting that to the appropriate authorities.  His ignorance cost you guys potentially a lit of business.
