Michelle was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Regardless of how many times I contacted her about my car she dealt with them in an extremely professional and friendly manner. The work on my car was carried out to the highest standard. Definitely will be going back there if I need anything else done with my car and I live over 50kms from there. As a woman this was most definitely the best service I ever received when I had issues with my car, I wasn't made to feel inferior as some garages made me feel in the past.

Very underwhelmed. From confirming an incorrect booking date, to initially saying they did not have the tyres in stock, (even though this was my requirement made a week previously on booking the appointment.) Worst though was the instant argument when I rang up the following day on discovering one of the old tyres was left in my boot. Then today on returning the old tyre, not one of the 3 employees standing around in the workshop before the start of business acknowledged or helped. Life is too short for this indifference and lack of care. I will not be going back to IC Garage.
