This is the 3rd car I've purchased from Donohoe's and no complaints. Excellent service, excellent follow up. Any issues are resolved promptly. I've dealt with Austin for 2 and Neo for the most recent as Austin was not there that day. Austin has a vast amount of experience and is very professional and pleasant to deal with. It was my first time dealing with Neo, but no issues there- very pleasant and helpful. All in all, a really good garage to deal with.

On holiday and had a breakdown, they couldn't look at it for at least two weeks and then might have to order parts which would be further wait period. Had to drive my car home with the fault active.
