Over all a fantastic experience in Sheils Galway. I am a happy ower of a ford focus now. I dealt with Thomas Devaney at the dealership. On arrival he greeted me and made me feel welcome, we went over what I would be interested in but i wasn't sure, I was a little nervous, this was due to not having the best experience at other dealerships this was because I felt I was being pushed into buying a car. With Thomas it was very different. He took his time showing me different cars, and test drove a few different ones. The dealership was busy at the time but never felt I was being rushed or he was trying to move on to the next customer at any stage. During the whole process Thomas kept me informed with everything. Once I picked the car up I notice a few things that needed to be done, Thomas agreed and was sent of for this work to be done. I was given a like for like courtesy car while the work that needed to be done was being done. I would highly recommend Thomas his insight and knowledge on cars was very obvious and his sales approach was genuine and what the customer wanted then just getting the sale. With a lovely friendly manner during all my dealings with him. I will be a returning customer in the future. I would highly recommend sheils Galway and Thomas Devaney.

I’ve been getting my car serviced at Shiels for a while, but just bought my first car from them, and I can’t say enough good things about them, in general, but particularly Thomas. From our first call, he made a ditzy, clueless eejit feel safe and secure, and couldn’t have done enough to make purchasing seamless, easy and good craic. I love my new car, and the advise, and offer of help afterwards (most definitely needed with me!) was second to none!!
