Ordered a mudflap for a Mondeo over the phone from this crowd. Only the guy on phone didn't seem to know difference between a mudflap and an entire wheel arch. Said part was collected by my sister for me - and I upon seeing the obviously wrong part tried to return it. They took it back but said they would only give me money if the subsequently sold the wheel arch. The abrasive nature of their customer service in legendary in East Cork

Called to enquire a repair of my one year old Ford Explorer RWD, to replace modules inside the HV battery (as it was involved in a small crash which deployed airbags and blew HV fuses). They refused, stating verbatim: "we have to look after our own customers". Wow, Ford garages are usually way more accomodating, I'd look to deal with other ones instead...

I had an extremely disappointing experience with the customer service at this dealership. Initially, we checking in the car, I was met with questions, eye rolls and told to sit and wait. We witnessed how poorly a woman in front of us was treated—her keys were handed back with no explanation other than “we need to keep the car.” When she asked for more details, the staff member was incredibly dismissive, barely responding as he walked away. I was genuinely shocked by how unprofessional it was.

When it came to our turn, we were immediately asked for payment without any clarification on what the issue was or whether the car had been fixed. When we inquired, the staff member sarcastically stated, “Your first mistake was bringing it to a garage.” This is the same garage that, over the phone, diagnosed a possible timing belt issue without even inspecting the vehicle.

I asked twice if he could assist us or recommend a specialist for the electrical problem, and after much reluctance, we were finally given a vague suggestion. Overall, the experience was incredibly frustrating. The customer service was not only unhelpful but also rude and dismissive. Sadly, our second mistake was trusting this Ford dealership with our car.

It's not hard to be nice.
