Last week I took the van in for service after making an appointment. I made it clear in advance that I needed the car back as soon as possible because I use my van for work. I didn't want to waste another few hours waiting for the van to be serviced. So I called the day before and was told that if I arrived before 9 a.m., I would be the first in line and would have the car back before lunch. When I got out of the van, I requested that the brakes be checked because they were worn. Allow replacement of whatever needs to be replaced. No one has contacted me till 2:00 p.m. When I called to inquire about the status of my van, it was discovered that they had called me a few times, but I had not received any calls from Ford. Why? Because the receptionist wrote down the wrong number. If he couldn't reach me, he could call the numbers written on each side of my van. Phone number for the office. They would contact me. They offer to replace the parts, but the van wouldn't be ready until 5:30 p.m.! Another day squandered! They kept my van from 8:30 until 5:30, which is absurd. It's the second time this has happened to me.I am once again dissatisfied with how I was treated. The service in the showroom, in my opinion, is very poor. There was no communication at all. You appear to be wasting people's time while charging a high price for it! As I previously stated, this is the second time this has occurred. I will not be servicing my van in Limerick's Lyons again.

Really disappointed with the after sales experience was giving 12 months warranty with my 30k jeep and was told to take it back for NCT 28th of October which no one contacted me the sales person told me the car was serviced yet when I got home the air pump into the engine was broken off how did the mechanic not found this. 1 month later airbag leaking called the dealer said it was wear and tear 😢 he only covers engine and gearbox total cost to me 700 euros while it was getting fixed the mechanic told me it needed 2 rare air link's which cost me an extra 1k and needed a service PLEASE DON'T USE THIS TYPE OF SELLER UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE TIME OVER THE PHONE AND HERE THE WORDS ENGINE AND GEARBOX I'll definitely be following up with director of company and my advisors on what to do just not good enough people's hard earned money.
