We went back and forth with emails, bank statements and all the bits needed for the finance, and he talked me through every step — either by phone or email. I’m not the most technical person, and he was incredibly patient, kind and understanding throughout the whole process. Within less than a week everything was sorted, and Michael personally delivered my car to us. I didn’t realise he was the owner until he arrived — such a down-to-earth, helpful man. His delivery driver was on holidays, so he actually took the bus back to Dublin afterwards (first time on a bus since he was 10, he said!) and never charged us a cent for delivery. He even put petrol in the car at no extra cost. The car itself is immaculate, exactly what I wanted, and he knew how much it meant to me. He genuinely went above and beyond. I had heard great things about Dublin Airport Cars on social media before, and now I understand why. A brilliant place to buy a used car, and I’ll be recommending them to all my friends.
