I bought a Crafter LWB in Bright VW Commercial Vehicles over 1 year ago. During last 18 months I had some minor warranty work done, full service twice and very recently some additional mechanical work was carried out too. So, my 6-star review is NOT based on a single visit. The van was sold by Colm Murphy; from the very beginning he was a pleasure to deal with. Returns all calls, gives all necessary updates and overall keeps you informed of everything. Great aftersales service too - Colm straight away points you in the right direction when you have some questions and are not sure who to talk to at the dealership. Moving on to service dept. I have dealt with Orla Kealy every single time the van had some work done. An absolute pleasure to deal with and she has a great level of technical knowledge. Any issues I had were promptly diagnosed and resolved. Any additional work and costs are always discussed with you beforehand, so there are no unpleasant surprises when paying the final bill. I have worked in the motor trade for the last 20 years and have dealt with countless dealerships during that time. I wish that more of them were like the dealership in question. In Bright VW you get a very high standard of work + absolutely lovely service from everybody involved starting from the 1st contact at reception desk. This is why I prefer to go 200km one way to Swords than to any other local VW main dealer.
