Over all a fantastic experience in Sheils Galway. I am a happy ower of a ford focus now. I dealt with Thomas Devaney at the dealership. On arrival he greeted me and made me feel welcome, we went over what I would be interested in but i wasn't sure, I was a little nervous, this was due to not having the best experience at other dealerships this was because I felt I was being pushed into buying a car. With Thomas it was very different. He took his time showing me different cars, and test drove a few different ones. The dealership was busy at the time but never felt I was being rushed or he was trying to move on to the next customer at any stage. During the whole process Thomas kept me informed with everything. Once I picked the car up I notice a few things that needed to be done, Thomas agreed and was sent of for this work to be done. I was given a like for like courtesy car while the work that needed to be done was being done. I would highly recommend Thomas his insight and knowledge on cars was very obvious and his sales approach was genuine and what the customer wanted then just getting the sale. With a lovely friendly manner during all my dealings with him. I will be a returning customer in the future. I would highly recommend sheils Galway and Thomas Devaney.

Shane made the whole process so easy.Great communication regarding the delivery date, availability and especially the range of options for the Puma. I’ve been getting my car serviced at Shiels for a while, but just bought my first car from them, and I can’t say enough good things about them, in general, but particularly Thomas. From our first call, he made a ditzy, clueless eejit feel safe and secure, and couldn’t have done enough to make purchasing seamless, easy and good craic. I love my new car, and the advise, and offer of help afterwards (most definitely needed with me!) was second to none!!
