After being completely dismissed by a few other dealers who didn’t seem interested in helping with my warranty work, Citroën South Dublin came to the rescue. They were immediately willing to book me in, and the whole process was seamless from start to finish. Maggie at the service desk was fantastic, friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. She even organised a loaner car for the day, which was a huge help as I’m based in Wicklow and had college to attend. I’ve since rebooked my car again with them for a separate warranty issue, and once again, the booking experience was excellent with great flexibility around dates. Highly recommend this dealer if you want proper customer service and a team that genuinely cares.

Had a great experience purchasing a car from Alan and Aidan. I found them to both be really decent guys. They were helping when I was browsing & test driving. Even when I was getting a trade in offer from them for my old car, they were very professional and respectful. Although the offer for my own car wasn't what I was looking for, Alan was really nice and gave me advice on how to get more out of it. Aidan worked with me to get payment across quickly as I had a trip planned for the next day so I was very eager to get the new car. Would definitely recommend, they have a lot of lovely cars.
