Unfortunately this hasn’t been a great after-sales experience.

I will add initial stages were positive, Cathy sent videos and answered questions given distance made it tough to view in person .

The initial advert noted “no Vat to pay “ which made me interested initially and made a call to be advised it was a mistake and was actually a vat qualifying van , and the advert was changed to state so .

During videos I noted some bumps in the body , tape holding a door handle and damaged mirror .

I was still interested but negotiated a reduced price to allow for repairs , and take the sting out the initial misleading advert noting the vat costs and transport costs . (UK)

£1000 from the total balance .

I arranged transport (professional trailer ) and it was collected and dropped at my door .

The next morning (day one ) of planning to drive after insuring and road taxing , every light in the dashboard was on , not turning over and no central locking .

I send Cathy messages and was advised to let them know the issue and they’d help (warranty ?)

I called out a mechanic where tests were ran and found that the battery was dead as a stone , and there were marks on the terminals showing it had been tended to previous.

I was back and forth with Cathy (have proof ) that the messages back were that the batter cost will be covered tonight .

However after many messages of being promised Donna (owner ) would contact , I got a message around a week later saying he wouldn’t be covering this cost as it’s a “service item “ some warranty eh ?

The central locking still is temperamental and one of the rear door handles has actually fallen off now , I’ve sent more videos and messages to Donnan since but now being left on “Unread “

A very disappointing and unprofessional approach from the owner and having to cover more costs for basic repairs you’d hoped would be checked out during a pre delivery inspection.

For a company trading for so long to have so many little reviews I hope this one stays visible to potential buyers .
