I have visited Cavanaghs twice recently. I met a lovely guy called Jason. He was so helpful,  courteous, it was a pleasure to deal with him. If every business had staff like Jason. This world would be a better place. Thanks Jason.

Very welcoming and friendly staff, excellent service for good price

Have been there more than a couple of times for my focus , they were extremely helpful. All the staff are very friendly.

It is with genuine regret that I write this negative review, as I previously had positive experiences with this company. Unfortunately, this time was different. I had two cars serviced, and both had to be returned. While mistakes can happen, the real issue was the lack of engagement after I reported the problem. Despite my efforts, I received no meaningful follow-up, and ultimately, I will have to take the car elsewhere to resolve the issue—at considerable expense. Sadly, all future business dealings with this company will cease. I am giving 1 star as a sign of respect for the competence they once demonstrated previously.
