I had a very positive experience with Shields Motors, and in particular with salesman PJ Coyne. From the outset, PJ was non-pushy but extremely efficient and knowledgeable, which made the whole process very straightforward. On my first visit, he quickly sorted a fair trade-in price for my own car within about half an hour and followed up promptly with all the figures by email. He also took care of the finance seamlessly. When collecting the MGS-5 electric vehicle, PJ walked me through all the controls, showed me around the car in detail, and even offered to tax it before I left — something no other salesman has ever done for me. He completed this on the system there and then. Overall, PJ was simple and easy to deal with, very professional, and genuinely pleasant. I look forward to dealing with Shields Motors over the lifetime of this car and would highly recommend them to anyone considering buying a vehicle.
