I was buying my first new car and wasn't familiar with the process. Lads in Bolands Waterford did a great job and walked me through everything. Great experience, lovely car!!!!! Fantastic customer service- always available, flexible, all questions answered, I was really well looked after. Very happy with my purchase ☺️ and the service I received. OK. Need to amend my review, the car purchase was great as described above but....there was also €200 voucher as a part of the purchase deal. I'm still waiting to receive it...no replies to my follow up messages, no update, absolutely nothing, been ignored. So I'm questioning the customer service now.

Fantastic service in Bolands Waterford. Cannot speak highly enough at the three people at the service desk. Friendly demeanour, efficient service and overall felt very welcomed. They answered any questions I had in a way that was easy to understand.

I can't say enough for the help I got this week from, Ken, Holly and Leah. 5 star treatment with an emergency issue and got me back on the road safely to make my appointment.

Ken went above and beyond to sort me out and came out and explained everything in detail when collecting my car.
They are a team that take customer service to the next level.

5 stars all round to all staff in Hyundai Bolands Waterford. .  I have received a first rate service  when purchasing a lovely Hyundai Tucson and  also all after care as well.   I am from Sligo and I definitely would go back again for the support and service  which is compared to  none   around my area.     Very happy satisfied customer. 😊

Terrible service never buy a car from them again.
Car broke down in November it took them 2 weeks to fix my car rang everyday looking for an update, everyday I was told they would be looking at my car the following day but never did. I was told that they worked late of a Thursday and car would be looked at that evening. Rang back Friday morning they still hadn't look at my car. Never offered me a replacement car I had no way to work so had to take time off.
Got my car back the following week after two weeks. When I got my car back  the heating wasn't working so the car had to go back again it is a 221 with a 5 year warranty.   They reluctantly gave me a replacement car this time. So last week the same issue happened with my car again no power malfunction light came on. I rang Boland's and I was told I could bring my car in the 19th of March😡 to be looked at in 5 weeks time. The car couldn't be driven so I don't no how they expected me to get to work. The worst service ever I would not buy a toy car of them. Once they sell you the car they don't care after that.😡 So coil 1 and coil 2 and heating went in a 221 car Hyundai Kona.😡 Aftercare is atrocious with them.
