Booked in for a car health check and new back tires. The tires were not there when we arrived despite checking the day before. We were assured that the tire guy would be in contact the next day. Three calls later and two weeks still sign of the tire guy. Have just booked somewhere else to do the tires. Very disappointed in the experience

Bought my car from Dooley Motors in 2019.  Engine light came on 2 weeks ago, brought the car to Dooleys who charged €120 to diagnose the problem which was a sensor.  The car was still under warranty but Dooleys wanted the full service history before applying to KIA to have the part replaced or they would be charging €1,000 (part only costs €150).
Ended up bringing the car to a different KIA garage (who usually services the car), not only did KIA not need the service history as the faulty part would never be included in a service but KIA themselves had flagged the part as being faulty.   The second garage fixed the issue completely free of charge.
Not only was €1,000 way overpriced for the work I should never have been charged anything in the first place as this was a flagged issue.   So glad I got a second opinion.
Wish this was the first unsatisfactory experience I've had herebut sadly not, I will not be returning.
