Michael Moore Car Sales employs a staff of 30 and we have been established in 1972.
Professional Team: Our sales team comprises of Michael Moore, sons Brendan Moore and Robert Moore and Frank Fitzpatrick, while Ken Furlong is our financial consultant.

Other key company members are Accountant Fergus Byrne, our Administration Staff Catherine Moore, and Serena Brennan. 

Our Service Manager is Paul Joslin, Service Advisor is Brendan Donnelly and Liam O'Brien is our Workshop Controller. Damien Kennedy looks after our Warranty Department.

Our state of the art workshop contains 8 technicians and 2 in our Bodyshop.A team of 4 work in our valeting bay.

Our parts consists of Parts Manager Samuel Justin and Parts Advisors Vernon Fanning.

Call service on Tuesday to see about getting brake pads replaced, Liam looked up my service history and reminded me my discs were also due for replacement soon. He got to work to get necessary parts and called me the next day as promised to arrange getting the job done (once parts were available) on Thursday. Everything went to plan and had me out in 2 hours as promised. GREAT SERVICE.

I was overall very pleased with my recent car service No issues with booking , very pleasant reception staff and all completed satisfactory and promptly. Given lovely courtesy car . Kept informed all the way by regular texts. No issues and would have no problem with rebooking next service

Dropped my car off on Tuesday to Liam @ 9.00 am as scheduled. Liam phoned later that day to explain that a few items to include the back wiper needed replacing & as he had the parts in stock he would replace them if I was agreeable to which I agreed & got a call later to say all done & car ready to be collected. Very happy with everything. Great service.

I got in the car for service. I was charged a hefty bill of 4k. The massage function of the seats was left undiagnosed and instead passanger seat air bag light was on when i collected the car. It was clearly stated they could not diagnose the issue and still charged me 460€ for just not even telling me the issue. I asked for map update and was charged unfairly for the update.

The car was left at garage for more than 2 weeks so all work is done, stil the driver door seal which i repeately mentioned was not repaired and the passanger seat was left non functional.

Is this the quality of service being provided at the garage.

All work was charged at 135€ super premium rates and still very low quality work was done and instead things were left half way around despite having ample time.

Additionally, when car mercedez website clearly showed car is due a recall for software upgrade and update was not done.

Very disappointed.

I contacted to imburse as i was charged unfaily was met with rude behaviour.

I definitely don't recommend them. They have no knowledge of their work. They charged me 6,000 after driving 10 km. The car stopped. I took it back to them. They said it wasn't their fault, not what they were fixing. They charged them another 2,000 for a diagnosis. Total failure. The manager is a complete idiot. I don't know what he's doing there. He laughs stupidly and can't answer questions... I strongly warn against this garage. Stay away from these crooks.
