Great service from Gerry at Shields Hyundai. He gave me a reasonable trade in on my own car and so far so good with my New Ionic 5. He was always on the end of the phone while I was deciding and answered any queries I had.

Top of the class customer service delivered with the highest level of expertise and friendliness. Gerry was extremely helpful from beginning to end. He answered all my queries and helped me tremendously along the process of getting my new car after having a very bad experience with previous dealership. Tomás was very patient with all my questions about the Kona, it was my first time considering the hyundai brand but was a previous electric car owner. I called in on a Friday and the following Monday to test drive the Kona electric again and was impressed the second time even more. His knowledge of the electric car was impressive, great hints and tips offered and deal done. Great handover on the collection day with  app set up seamlessly. Initial meet on 7th March and collected car on 20th March which was a great turnaround. Thanks to all at Sheils Hyundai for your customer service. First impressions do count.

I already sent a review last week,however here it is again.
We met with a salesman called Gerry O'Brien who was very informative on all the needs of an ectric car by downloading an app.which made it much easier for us. I would have no problem going back to Gerry if I have any questions or problems as our experience was very good.
