Was getting my car serviced and every staff member I dealt with was professional throughout, keeping me up to date on the service requirements and timeline for collection.  The booking and service process was easy to navigate and I left understanding exactly what was needed and why.  Highly recommend.

This is my 2nd car to buy from hyundai and the first since the they switched to the bright dealership,  the staff do their best,  always smiling and polite but that friendly feeling is gone,  just to be clear they are not rude but you get a feeling like your bothering them,  especially when I ring,  I had a couple of issues with the new car and to say I haven't been happy with the service or the response I got is a understatement.  everyone is always happy driving away in their new car its the after sale service that most important to people,  maybe its just me but time will tell..
