They also provided great aftercare service for us as this was our first quad, quick to get back to us and help with replacing a lost set of keys, nothing was an issue for them. It’s rare to find such genuine customer service these days. Highly recommend!

10 Stars! Absolutely best customer and technical service I have seen. Derek fixed an issue with my quad after 3 different Quad Mechanics failed. Derek went beyond the call of duty and brought the quad to his home garage as he was determined not to fail. He worked on it in the evenings in his own time and did not charge for it. Cannot thank him enough! Never seen such dedication and motivation to help a customer.

Bought a Sea-Doo Spark from Kilkenny Quads and it was a total nightmare. Derek was rude and impossible to deal with. He claimed the ski was “100%,” when I was there the ski looked allright but and it seemed clean but when I got it home there was no drain plug, oil all over the hull because of a leak coming from the engine I only noticed when I got home and saw that there was no drain plug and it was covered in oil where the drain plug goes then I looked into in more by taking the top deck off the ski we had to fix the leak ourselves even though he said the ski was going 100precent Derek is a lier he does not have a clue about skis stay well away from Kilkenny quads!!!!
