Kia Ceed 1.6 K2 COMMERCIAL 5DR **VAT RECEIPT**

I went to buttersteam motors yesterday to buy a 2013 golf R I had cash (no trade in) and was a serious buyer. The guy I met was sound and courteous. On the test drive I asked what the warranty covered to which he replied just the gear box. To make it worse he wouldn’t even knock a penny off for cash and wanted the full €18999. The car is advertised with a 3 month warranty. It took me an hour to get there in heavy traffic and then an hour back. I feel he was unrealistic in wanting full price for a car with almost no warranty and he just wasted my time. He said that he doesn’t give warranty on performance cars because recently he sold one to someone who drove the bag out of it while it was still under warranty and he had to repair it. To which I told him that guy was an idiot and most guys look after their cars and mind them anyway I’ve bought many performance cars and always been given a warranty and just think he is not been reasonable.

Very pleasant experience. They dropped the car over an hour to get to me at no charge and even had the diesel pretty full. Cars been perfect and any questions or queries I've had since have been dealt with straight away. The guys are happy to help, very professional and informative without an attitude. Highly recommend this place! Ok, update the car is a complete lemon, breaks seized, ac unit needs replacing, starter motor seized, mould growth in vents. Had the car 4months and nothing but problems. I rang the guys who sold it to me, can't help sorry. Wouldn't trust buying a cr here, they sold me nothing but problems for 6k. 2012 Toyota avensis with 100kmiles......cars a complete lemon. Go to a big dealer/garage, these are cowboys selling scrap. Now I see why they were happy to deliver, delighted to get rid of the thing. I wouldn't trust buying a car here again!!!

Very poor customer service. When asking questions I was treated with sarcasm, for example when I asked the reason for selling (why the previous owner want to sell it), a very normal question, the person answered “I don’t know if you noticed, but we sell cars here, that’s the reason”. Like?! If this is how they treat someone that wants to buy, imagine how they will treat you after?
