Guys, you need to improve your service booking system at your website joeduffy,ie/kia/servicing to make sure it's working properly. The information I've included with my booking wasn't passed to the technician. As a result I wasted my time and you wasted your time on unnecessary and unrelated work. At the end of the day I left your place with the same undiagnosed issue as I came in the morning. Hence my experience was 1*.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at your car service. The work that was scheduled was not completed, and, additionally, work was performed that we had not agreed upon, for which I was charged for labour over €280.
In the past, I have always been asked to provide feedback via email and text, but this time no such request was made, which I find concerning.
Most importantly, my case was not handled as promised. I experienced a loss of three days without a car, and I have been waiting six weeks for work to be carried out as agreed after the recent service. There has been very poor communication between the service department team and the customer throughout this process.
