I had the pleasure of dealing with Michael last weekend. I travelled from Dublin to pick up a Kia Sorrento which was in great condition and priced competitively. I also traded in my own car against the Sorrento which they gave a really good price on. Great service, highly recommend.

No confusion, no nonsense, just straight-up good service. The team actually listens to you (a rare skill these days), explains things in plain English, and doesn’t make you feel like you need a degree in engineering just to understand what’s going on. A special shoutout to Ian Hanley, the service manager. The man deserves a medal—or at least a very strong cup of coffee. He somehow manages to be professional, helpful, and genuinely sound all at the same time. You can tell he knows his stuff, but more importantly, he actually cares about getting things sorted properly. No upselling nonsense, no pressure—just honest advice and solid work. The car came back running perfectly, and the whole process was smoother than I expected. Honestly, I almost wish something else would go wrong just so I could go back… almost. If you’re looking for a place that won’t waste your time, talk over your head, or empty your wallet unnecessarily, Kia Renmore is the spot. 10/10—would trust them with my car (and possibly my life).
