We have recently took delivery of our Range Rover. From the very beginning Mate was exceptional to deal with. Nothing was ever an issue, and he made sure we stayed up to date during the entire process. What terrible customer service!

I contacted Spirit to book my Jaguar in for a service, I had never used them before as this is my first Jaguar. My first concern was getting through the to the service department.  Either I was put through and the phone rang out or I was offered a callback that never occurred. Finally in early September I got an appointment for mid December.

The day before my appointment I get a text, obviously a phone call would be too much, cancelling and telling me to rebook in the New Year.

I called them today, again I was given the option of a call back, amazingly I actually received a call back this time.  This however was where the good news stopped.  I was told it would be March before I could get an appointment. Upon informing the agent of my previous appointment she put me on hold for five minutes to see what she could do and then hung up.

Not happy with the after care service at all. I was due a refund from the car I purchased in May and to date am still awaiting repayment despite being promised it would be sorted out numerous times. While the salesman advised he "thought" it was done he also avoided my many emails and calls over the past few weeks. While initially I had forgotten to follow up on it the accounts department should surely have spotted the issue and arranged the refund. Very unhappy to say the least on how I have been treated.
