Had an issue with a car we bought recently. We contacted Sam who referred ud to their mechsnic, Gavin in White Knight. The response we got from Emma and Gavin was excellent. As a first-time buyer of a proper high-end car, the whole process was honestly pretty daunting, but getting my Toyota Camry from Cammia made it a really positive experience. I went for a fully specced model with sunroof, heads-up display, heated seats and all the extras, so dropping that kind of money was a big deal for me. Fran and the whole team were genuinely supportive and patient throughout, and all the guys were sound, happy to take me on drives and explain everything properly. I’ve been driving the car daily for over a year now and I haven’t had a single issue, no strange noises, no warning lights, nothing at all, it’s been perfect. I recently bought a car from Cammia Motors and the overall experience was 10/10. I was dealing with Sam on a very well spec'd car i had seen advertised online. From the first day I had a few questions which Sam and Lewis didn't hesitate to answer honestly and as clearly as possible. The day the car became available to view, as it was only freshly advertised, Sam let me know and I made my way to the dealership. We went on a test drive and I left my deposit same day. There was no pressure to leave large deposit, and was I given time to think about it. Car was serviced and valeted as advertised with warranty included. There was a minor issue I discovered after collection, which was resolved next day after a text message at no cost to me. There have been back and forwarded follow up calls to ensure the car is satisfactory, even on their days off I was able to make contact with them with questions. Cannot fault the service from the lads in sales and I am confident in the warranty. The stock on the forecourt and the service from the 2 lads I was speaking to (Sam and Lewis) is 10/10
