Great company to deal with. I Recently bought a new Sprinter. Dealt with Paul McClurkin during the whole process, excellent customer service and nothing was a problem, any questions I had were answered very promptly. Bought the nicest vito in the country from this dealer . Gavin was the most pleasant sales executive who took the time to take care of everything from sorting out the finance to making sure we are in ferry heading back to England safely.  Before hand he took detailed video and pic and send all the the details.  After sale contacted him for more paperwork he was  very happy to help . Highly recommend

Took an older sprinter motorhome in for a couple of electrical faults. Got the main one solved and another minor issue not yet solved. Took a bit longer than expected but was kept up to date, customer service very good. Price was high as you would expect from a certified dealer but to be fair we were not charged the full time taken to diagnose. Andrew Beatty was very pleasant and helpful to work with.

Fantastic when I arrived and showed interest in buying my new van which I love but after sales absolutely terrible. If your phone call to them isn't going to get a sale or make them money then they won't reply you have to keep chasing them which is just wrong. I've had a few queries over the last 2 years about my van and no rush to help either time now my 3 year old van which is still under warranty has paint coming off its alloy wheels they tell me it's my fault and warranty won't cover it. Was last dealing with a man named Phillip he needs to go back to school and learn how to talk to people smug and arrogant come to mind when talking to him  won't be dealing with them again and will warn as many people as I can to stay away also.
