Unfortunately while on deliveries one of my Mercedes Sprinter vans broke down in the city centre in rush hour traffic ( very stressful). As Mutec on the long mile road was the nearest Mercedes garage I gave them a call to see if they could take the van in at short notice and sort the issue. I spoke with Antony in service who I have to say was both very professional and accommodating considering the work load that all garages have now and the fact that the vehicle hadn’t been purchased from their dealership. Antony accepted the van in and contacted me early the following morning to update me on the issues( new clutch & flywheel required )and the lead in time for repairs and cost of same. As genuine Mercedes parts were being used and had to be shipped in it was indicated that it may take up to 5 working days to have the van back on the road, so this information allowed me to make alternative arrangements to avoid business interruptions. On day 4 Antony contacted me to say my van was ready. A big thank you to Antony and the service team at Mutec for the excellent service, highly recommended 5 ⭐
