We recently got a modular home from Rayco and we’re really happy with it. From the first time we went to see the showhouse, everything just felt straightforward and easy to understand. The quality is what stood out the most. It doesn’t feel like a typical modular at all – more like a proper house inside. The finish is very clean and the place is warm and well insulated. The whole process was smooth as well. The team kept us in the loop the whole way through and delivered exactly what they said they would. Overall, very positive experience. If you’re thinking about going down the modular route, definitely worth going to see what Rayco are doing.

We got a 3 bed from Rayco a few months ago and it’s been brilliant so far. House is very warm and solid, not like what you’d expect from a modular. Went to the showhouse first and that made the decision easy. What you see is what you get. No issues at all with the process, everything done on time. Would recommend.

We looked at a good few modular home companies before deciding, and to be honest Rayco were on a different level altogether. Once we visited the showhouse, it made the decision easy - We went with a 3 bed and the quality is excellent. The finish inside is like a proper house, not like some of the other options we saw which felt more like cabins. The whole process was straightforward, no pressure and everything explained clearly. The team were easy to deal with and delivered exactly what was promised. Very happy we chose Rayco over the others. Would definitely recommend thanks guys !
