I went to this garage and unfortunately  my experience wasn't  a great one. Not very customer friendly and I had to return the car several times but the issue wasn't  resolved and it cost me huge amount of money, at the end I had to take the car to another garage.  I do not recommend this garage to any one.

It’s the second time that I bring my car to this garage and at the first time the guy changed oil and all was around150€, he also recommended me some things that was missing and said if I need to pass NCT to bring the car there again. So I did it, I’ve spent more 335€ to fix all recommendations and I got failed on the NCT because of a visibility thing that he supposed did it and charged from me, and he also missed changed the stop light, all the rest was okay. I rang them back and he said to me back in there to fix it and all will be about 20€. When I got in there the lady said all will be over 60€! Plus that I have to repay the 40€ for the test again. So for that reason I won’t recommend this garage for passing NCT!

Definitely will never be going back here again. Brought in my Audi A1 as the engine management light came on. He charged me 188 euro to change an air flow meter, which didn't solve the problem. Two days later the same issue started again so I brought it back. I was then told it was an intercooler turbo pipe, which was split. I got a bad feeling after I had to bring the car in a second time for the same issue so I personally rang Audi to make sure he had ordered the part etc. Audi then rang me this morning to say the part had been delivered. L&M lied to me and told me they went to get the part and it hadn't come in yet. I personally went to collect the part at the delivery location and I was told no one had been in for it. When I brought the part in that L&M had ordered, it was the wrong part. The guy ordered a water pipe, not an intercooler turbo pipe. He tried to blame Audi saying they just delivered the wrong part. He then yelled at me telling me "I needed to let him do his job" . Clearly he is incapable of doing his job. I left and drove the car 40 mins to my usual mechanic. Audi was rang and the correct part was never ordered. 188 euro and 9 days with a car not driving properly.. stay well away. Complete and total waste of time and money. I have never ever had to bring my car in for a second time for the same issue to my usual mechanic. This guy is rude and ignorant and not only that, he can't figure out what's actually going on
