I recently bought a car here. I was dealing with John Madden and Aoife and the experience was brilliant from start to finish. I had a million silly questions and John didn't make me feel one bit dismissed, in fact he gave me really strong direction. I had an issue where the Fuel filler cap on my 211 car purchased last July wouldn't open, rang the service dept. at 4pm on a Wednesday and was told drop in the following morning to see what was required. Dropped in at 9.15am and at 10.05 after a really good Coffee, I was all sorted. Friendly & efficient service, can't ask for more.
