I would like to say Marek was the man who sold us our Qasqai. Marek was patient, helpful and took his time to show us multiple cars and let us go on a test drive with no problems whatsoever. He made us a good and affordable deal to our budget.  Excellent sales man.

Cannot fault the fella very helpful.

The only issue I have with the sale is that 3 months after the sale I still do not have the log book and cannot purchase road tax .

I would like to leave a good review in Mareks name but with the missing log book I cannot leave 5 stars. Hopefully this issue will be resolved soon.

Guys have different concept of time.
Appointment at 9, they take car at 11. Wait few minutes it's one hour.
Service will take one hour, means 3 hours. I'll call you later, never.

Left car in for service last week €184 for a 2016 Leaf which is around market rate, fair enough.  I was in a rush so opted not to wait for the car to be cleaned. It was going back in today was to have a warranty job done on a recall with battery connectors. Was told car would be given a clean after warranty job which wasn't done. Dropped the car in at 9.30am for a 10am booking for a 2 hour job, asked to be called when complete as I needed to get the car back to work to top up the charge to get me home. No call received. Was also told they would plug the car in and charge for me which was a nice thought but this wasn't done either. I did explain there was no need to plug the car in as long as someone called me, shame neither happened.....disappointing service overall particularly from a main dealer.
