I bought my third Nissan Qashqai from Windsor motors in 2022. On two occasions I brought it to Windsor Bray for repairs, and on both occasions I received a grossly inflated cost estimate: I was able to get my car fixed in a local garage with original Nissan parts for 1/3 and 1/5 of the price, respectively. When I complained about the cost estimates, they responded that "body and paint damage estimates are computer generated", and they claimed that this is the "industry normal" (so, in other words, inflated estimates are not our fault, they are the computer's fault). So be advised: Nissan cars are great, but do not rely on any after sales support from Windsor Bray.
