I can’t stress how good jim and the gang at Galway Windsor Renault are. They helped my disabled dad get an adapted car, and made the whole process easy, sadly he passed away recently and again they stepped in to help us by refinancing the same car. They even paid the old loan off themselves while I had the car and gave us no pressure while we were refinancing. Absolutely the best people to deal with in every way. Thank you from Frankie (Arkana)

Pros: Inside is clean, and neat. Employees are very friendly and professional. They have a lovely little coffee bar and a comfortable space to wait. Cons: The place is hard to navigate with extremely limited parking for customers. Despite being the largest dealership in Galway, they cannot provide all service requirements for the vehicles they sell and service. They also hold "bankers hours". You MUST take time out of work in order to get any work done. My wait was 6 WEEKS to fix something. Previously I had to wait EIGHT weeks for a basic service. While the employees are wonderful and the quality of their work is good, I can't say I'd recommend them for service for these reasons. They clearly do not value the money their customers time and money.

We bought a motor that immediately proved to be unreliable. On the very first day, a mechanic from our service station called the company and reported the problems. John, an employee, said, “Drive it, we'll see.” Three months later, the motor finally broke down. The owner of the company replied to our letters saying that we could even take them to court, that it was our right, and that they couldn't help us. It was a scam. We only managed to get our money back on the third day after contacting them. John accepted the engine and said, “Come back tomorrow.” We came back, but there was still no money. John simply left so he wouldn't have to deal with us — he basically ghosted us. Why bother taking someone away from their work and wasting their time if you don't have the money and aren't prepared to give it back? The company only refunded the money for the motor, but did not compensate us for the 2,000 euros spent on installing and removing the faulty motor. This attitude is completely unprofessional and shows a lack of respect for customers. We are very disappointed and do not recommend anyone to deal with this company.
