It’s been a year since I purchased my BMW from Windsor Opel Liffey Valley, Dublin, and I wanted to wait before writing this review so I could give a full picture of the experience.

George and Marion made the entire process smooth and straightforward. There were no hidden costs, they were respectful throughout, and they answered all my questions patiently. I was also offered a fair discount along with a one-year warranty. The car was delivered on time, exactly as promised.

I had to claim the warranty for a couple of minor issues, and the service was exceptional. Michelle quickly organised an emergency appointment, and Garry carried out thorough checks and fixed everything promptly. Their support gave me real peace of mind.
